The term yoga comes from a Sanskrit word which means to yoke, or union. Having it’s purpose of uniting mind, body and spirit.
We at The Field believe that everyone can benefit from yoga practice. You don’t need to be flexible or have a ‘Zen’ type to practice yoga, that’s why we offer a diverse and non- dogmatic styles of yoga. Our goal is simply to help people raise their body and mind awareness through an investigative Vinyasa and Asana Practice.

We run CLUBBELL YOGA, SPACE N’ FLOW and PRASARA YOGA sessions in a private and relaxed atmosphere.
CLUBBELL YOGA
The Clubbell Yoga practice is a modern expression of blending of two very effective ancient systems, eastern Club swinging and Hatha Yoga. The practice evolved from an intelligent integration of circular strength training into yoga poses using the mini-Clubbell.
Clubbell Yoga is a practice of strength and intelligent movement. It is a non-dogmatic, but open to interpretations that arise from reaching the flow state. It is grounded in precision, anatomical alignment and breath. The practice itself is empowering, graceful and challenging.
Clubbells are a unique prop in that the majority of weight is distributed above the handle, therefore when held upright, it requires more muscle activation in the shoulder girdle muscles, postural muscles, and core to keep it steady. It is different than holding a small dumbbell, where the skeletal structure will take most of the weight.
If you add a Clubbell to your vinyasa yoga practice, you will elicit a training response. By adding this small amount of resistance to your arm, you will become stronger more quickly.
All Clubbell Yoga poses have modifications so that any BODY can find freedom in the practice.
Practicing Clubbell Yoga will help you become more prepared for the challenges that you face – both, on and off the yoga mat.

SPACE N’ FLOW
SPACE N’ FLOW is an innovative, non-dogmatic, challenging and multi-dimensional high density Vinyasa Yoga. Our sessions are both somatic practise and a teaching methodology constantly through our teachers daily researches and reflections.
After gently awakening and warming the body, these classes progress to into flowing sequences that investigate the breath, the mind, the ‘elements’ and ‘Energy’ exploring their infinite directions and possible outcomes.
The ultimate objective of the session is to cultivate inner and outer strength and fluidity, develop vital energy and a relaxed way of being that can cope with paradox and ambiguity. You will experience energetic relaxation and create an open state of mind. A dynamic session, it is suitable for students of all levels.
PRASARA YOGA
Prasara provides counterbalance to the body through dynamic flow, thus compensating for positions adopted during daily routines or prior activities. Prasara represents the 3rd mode of Hatha yoga, incorporating both Asana, or postures, and Vinyasa, or breath linkage. Prasara’s “flow” moves the body through all “Six Degrees of Freedom” – its full potential grace as a three-dimensionally energetic plan.
Prasara is a physical practice of releasing fear, anxiety, and trauna, a practice that releases one’s natural state of grace, one’s natural flow. Unlock your innate flow and find physical, mental, and spiritual expression in motion! Explore and integrate your breath, structure, and movement to release tension, strengthen the body, and cultivate personal mastery.
You get all of the fitness attributes – power, stamina and mobility – simultaneously. Instead of exhaustion, you’ll experience energy and excitement. Your power and stamina will flow outward into everything you do. You’ll feel so good!
