Health Lifestyle Coach
Having grown up by the ocean, with a passion for all kinds of sport and physical culture, it was a natural progression for Diego Core to focus on the world of sports and science and then to integrate his passion and knowledge to develop an holistic approach to optimal health. Over the past two decades Diego has participated in a number of courses at the most respected institutes and coaches in the field of health and movement. His knowledge , enthusiasm and the serious study of health as the basis for a celebratory attitude to the embodied life – have come to fruition at his corrective exercise, movement teaching, flow, strength & conditioning and health lifestyle in his Movement Clinic in Marylebone/ London called The Field – Training Lifestyle Centre.
Diego’s life experience has led him to understand that movement is critical to maintain the body’s innate efficiency and functional balance.
Core’s mission is to teach clients how to re-align their bodies and to teach them understanding how their bodies move, which is why each programme begins with a two- hour musculoskeletal assessment, and why many of his clients seek him out for rehabilitation after injuries , body mechanical imbalances and to become ageless. Using a combination of gymnastic rings, locomotion , body weight and clubbells. He teaches what he describes as ‘joint freedom’, so that clients begin to feel how the body should flow. ‘The more someone can do with their own body, the less they need equipment,’ He keeps a beady eye on the nutritional needs of each client and works in conjunction with a number of experts at his clinic Diego has been cited in many news papers and magazines as The Times and Men’s Health. He also has been lecturing internationally about his methods.

Anke SchroederPilates Instructor
Born and raised in Germany, Anke’s very active family led her to fall in love with all kinds of dynamic sports. She was an instructor in her local sport club, however sport was just a hobby. Anke worked as an Internal Auditor for Xerox in Finance and a couple of years later she moved to London and was occupied by motherhood. Due to a kickboxing injury Anke started with Pilates and discovered that controlled stretching along with strengthening was missing in her fitness regime. Experiencing the benefits of Pilates she decided to turn her passion into her next career and became a Pilates teacher. After working a couple of years as a contemporary Pilates teacher she then discovered the ‘classical method’. Accepted for the Romana Pilates Apprenticeship Program Anke finished successful and had been certified by Marjorie Oron (Romana Pilates Master Instructor Trainer Level Ix) in The Hague, Holland. Anke is an outdoor enthusiast who cycles everywhere; enjoys cold bathing in the Hampstead Ladies pond all year round and always looks for new challenges. Recently she joined the Open Water Swimmer Community in Denham. Combined with her German discipline you experience a teacher who is precise and full of passion.
Luke CookPilates Instructor Movement Coach
Luke was looking to improve his strength and circulation after having vascular surgery as an 18-year-old. Swimming and weightlifting were forbidden, so when a close friend recommended Pilates, he jumped at the chance. That was in 2001, and he has made Pilates his primary source of exercise since then.
With a view to taking up a career as a Pilates teacher, Luke began the rigorous teacher training program provided by Cynthia Lochard. His year-long apprenticeship was completed in New York under the watchful eye of Sari Mejia Santo.
On his return to Australia he accepted a teaching position at The Pilates Method Sydney where he taught private and group sessions, as well as “Pilates for men” workshops, for 6 years. In 2012 he opened “Luke Cook Pilates Studio” in Potts Point to provide personalised Pilates lessons for the local community. In 2016 he took up a teaching position at True Pilates Sydney where he taught until his relocation to the UK in the summer of 2018.
Since January 2019 Luke has been teaching at The Field — initially as Pilates teacher, and now also as a Movement Coach under the guidance of Diego Core. He is looking forward to seeing you for a workout!
Luke’s movement philosophy is simple–“Turn the impossible into the possible, the difficult into the easy, and the easy into the pleasurable”.

Andreea LuizaPersonal Trainer
Andreea’s philosophy is that Personal Training does not mean only physical training it is first a psychological training, which will set the importance of “true life change”. Andreea has studied anatomy through her personal training course and different other courses related. It fascinated her how the body can change, heal itself, respond to different physical activities and the importance of the mind in this process. Andreea says: “School educates us but our own experience of tranformation and work is the true understanding of who we are.”Since young age Andrea has had an active childhood, grew up playing a lot outdoors, did gymnastics for few years, Qwan Ki Do ( Vietnamese Martial arts ), played Handball, Street Dance, and started to use weights at the age of 16, and with all this she builded a undertsanding of what strength and conditioning means.Andrea see herself being like an artist, and because her passion for fashion and design she see her personal training sessions an opportunity to design and transform bodies. She says: “The Field Training Lifestyle Centre is my “tailor shop”, the best environment place to start your journey”.
