Her scope of practise is first the assessment of the movement, performance and function by applying sciences of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology and motor learning, and management (recommendation and providing a plan of action) of disorders/musculoskeletal imbalances to maintain, rehabilitate or enhance movement, function and performance in the areas of sport, recreation, work or exercise.

Danielle Kleber is the founder of The Field- Training Lifestyle Centre alongside with Diego Core. She has studied Sports Science to BSc Level, and her passion for yoga, dance, martial arts and surfing was channelled into her researches into the relationship between body and behavior. Danielle has completed a variety of courses with a number of establishments, including:
– Romana’s Pilates, ‘The True Pilates Method’. Danielle Kleber strictly follows the technique of Joseph Pilates’ chosen protégée, Romana Kryzanowska. Romana, and her daughter Sari Mejia have carefully preserved and passed down to the next generation of Pilates instructors the original intentions of Joseph Pilates’ teachings.
– RMAX International, CST (Circular Strenght Training). Danielle has studied directly with the creator of this method, notably Scott Sonnon.
– Yoga in motion Teaching Training, accredited by Yoga Alliance US. Hatha Vinyasa by Raphan Kebe, multi-dimensional high density yoga guided as well by Jonathan Monks and Edward Clark.
Danielle is a Pilates & Yoga teacher, and a CST instructor. She offers private Classical Pilates sessions as well as private training using the CST method and Clubbells. Also she teaches yoga both privately and group sessions, offering innovative and accessible ways into mindful Yoga and Meditation.
Danielle has used her expertise to heal herself. Using Pilates to address postural issues caused by flat feet. After learning deep postural control through Pilates, Danielle has embraced the rigours of strength training in all planes of movement, and is now a clubbell-wielding CST instructor, what leaded and directed her into a strong and consistent yoga practice.
Over the past 15 years Danielle has developed a high level of technical skills in the area of well-being, exercise rehabilitation and performance conditioning, offering a personal training experience which ensures positive results enhancing your physical, mental and emotional health.
Danielle brings to training her unique vision of motion, and a sincere talent to instruct and more than that to teach! She believes the combination of corrective exercises, stretching, strengthening and the understanding of body movements, will make people able to perform any exercise in harmony: Functional and Powerful.
Sports Massage Therapist/ Exercise
As a cellist and director/choreographer Aafje collaborated with musicians anddancers in the Netherlands, United Kingdom and Spain. Aafje has been teachingcello and dance professionally for years and started studying Pilates whiledoing her Master of Arts at TrinityLaban in London (2004-2005). Her interestin Pilates continued while studying analysis of movement, space& rhythm anddirecting contemporary dance and classical music under guidance of Mrs ValeriePreston Dunlop.
Aafje developed her own movement skills and went into the Pilates Teachertraining and education at de pilates studio The Hague with MarjorieOron(Master Instructor Level II)and Jane Poerwoatmodjo (Instructor TrainerLevel III) Aafje finished her final exam with Sari Santo Mejía (Grand MasterInstructor Level I).
Aafje is a technical and inspiring teacher who desires to learn and growthrough teaching, following workshops and seminars connected to True PilatesNew York.
Recently he completed his Clubbell Certification at The Field Centre with CST European Head Coach Alberto Gallazzi. Nick is training consistently to become a Tacfit Instructor.
Nick is a keen cyclist & has started venturing out to the Europe. In 2013 he will be organising cycling trips up some of the most famous Tour De France routes. A big challenge. In 2012 he completed 7 mountain passes including Alpe D’Huez, Mont Ventoux(twice) & Le Col Du Glandon to name a few.One of Nicks training strengths involves boxing. If you want to train like a boxer & see how it feels then Nick holds pad & sparring sessions. He occasionally boxes on white collar events.
