I have been working in the Health and Wellness industry for over 10 years and in that time I have worked with many adults and children suffering with an array of physical and health conditions. It has always been my mission to get to the root cause of my clients symptoms and help them reach their goals.

I am qualified through the CHEK (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) Institute as a CHEK practitioner. I ensure I look at the entire person to establish what exercises they may need to reach their goal. I use functional movement patterns, exercise rehabilitation, soft tissue work and corrective exercises In order to get my clients where they want to go and to ensure every client can progress to more complex exercise, injury free.

I also work with Nutrition, specific supplementation and clinical testing. Inclusive within those I look closely at the gut, the gateway to the health for the entire human body. I am able to test for parasites, fungal infections and bacterial imbalances to assess the inner health of a person and therefore seek possible red flags that could be causing issues all over the body, from psoriasis, to digestive symptoms. There is a huge link between the gut and all disease and the latest research indicates that this will be a big part of the future of medicine. It is my dream to gain as much understanding of this link as possible and coach my clients into making lifelong changes to the way they eat, sleep and think about their own bodies.

Andreea Luiza

Personal Trainer

Andreea Luiza

close

info:

Andreea’s philosophy is that Personal Training does not mean only physical training it is first a psychological training, which will set the importance of “true life change”.

Andreea has studied anatomy through her personal training course and different other courses related. It fascinated her how the body can change, heal itself, respond to different physical activities and the importance of the mind in this process. Andreea says: “School educates us but our own experience of tranformation and work is the true understanding of who we are.”

Since young age Andrea has had an active childhood, grew up playing a lot outdoors, did gymnastics for few years, Qwan Ki Do ( Vietnamese Martial arts ), played Handball, Street Dance, and started to use weights at the age of 16, and with all this she builded a undertsanding of what strength and conditioning means.

Andrea see herself being like an artist, and because her passion for fashion and design she see her personal training sessions an opportunity to design and transform bodies. She says: “The Field Training Lifestyle Centre is my “tailor shop”, the best environment place to start your journey”.
